Large format, appears hidden behind the main browser window where it remains unnoticed until the user closes or minimizes the main browser window, which then displays the ad.
I personally hate this type of ad just because the viewers uses the back button alot, and the ad will cause you to load the ad in the current page and open the page you were originally browsing on a new page. Really messes with me, as im sure viewers as well.
