So I have been testing out CPM’s and rates of ads for AD Networks being a publisher. Testing out different companies I came up with a list of my favorite ones for new publishers hoping to monetize their content, videos, websites or apps.
I have come up with a top 5 list of my favorite ones so far. CPM’s are high, there is a decent selection of different types of ads, and ad functionality are among my top priorities when looking for an ad publisher.
5- EXOCLICK
Exoclick is only on this list because they offer an incredible amount of ads to choose from. Most of their ads are dedicated to the adult marketing but they also have an option which makes it google safe. Even though some might argue would still be explicit.
Types of ads- Banners, popunder, instant message, Interstitial, mobile ads, Video (VAST), NATIVE, Exit Widget, Push notifications
CPM- $0.01 – $5.00 AVERAGE (depending on type of AD)
4- ADSENSE
ADSENSE is the big boy by google. You cant go wrong with adsense given you are approved. Being one of the best it has a quality selection of ads and good CPM to back it up
CPM- $0.01 – $20 AVERAGE (depending on type of AD)

3- ADSTERRA
Everyone is welcome and approved with ADSTerra. Well, most anyways. Quick approval, easy access, works with blogger. One of the best If you’re just starting off new and want to get into monetizing your content, website or app. With ads like Vast, banners, and native. They have it all in a small package. Also with a referral system in place.
CPM- $0.01 – $15 AVERAGE (depending on type of AD)
Types of ads- Banners, popunder, instant message, Interstitial, mobile ads, Video (VAST), NATIVE, Exit Widget, Push notifications
2- EZOIC
Watch out Google Adsense, here comes EZOIC. Taking small businesses and publishers by storm. Endorsed by Income School they are blowing up and taking the competition straight to google. Great CPM rates, great ads, and great service. Friendly and highly recommended by, well, most publishers.
CON is they wont just take anyone. You must have a high ranking to get considered.
CPM- $0.01 – $25 AVERAGE (depending on type of AD)
Types of ads- Display ADS, Native ADS, in line AD, Overlay Ads, Pop-under.
1- Propeller ADS
Propeller Ads has been around for a while now and have established a foothold in the advertisement industry. They understand and cater to both high ranking websites and low-ranking websites. They have a variety of ads which are limited, but everyone gets access to the pop-unders which can be pretty lucrative at times. I have hit $100 CPM on this network before.
CPM- $0.01 – $100 AVERAGE (depending on type of AD)
Types of ads- Multi-Tag, In-page push, Push notifications, On-click popunder, Interstitial, Direct Link.
